Covid-19 overview

Our priority is to protect you and keep our teams safe. We would like to let you know about the special measures that we’ve taken:

Our e-shop, available at, is staying open and will prepare and ship your orders safely.

We’re temporarily extending our regular return policy to 60 days instead of 30 for any purchases made online between March 1 and June 30, 2020 (inclusive).

All orders are being delivered “contact-free”, meaning the delivery person will leave your package on your doorstep. They’ll let you know when your package has been delivered, either by ringing the doorbell or sending you an email or text message. When you place your order, please remember to give all the information we’ll need to deliver right to your home. The delivery times for your orders could be impacted by the restrictions in place in Europe. If you have any questions or concerns about an order you have placed, please consult the websites of our delivery partners or contact our customer service.

We’re thrilled to be able to welcome you back to our stores, as we comply with the new safety standards implemented in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic :

- All members of staff will now be wearing protective masks
- All surfaces (floors, cash registers, fitting rooms, racks, seating, tables and rails) will be frequently disinfected using appropriate products
- Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations in store
- We will be ensuring that staff regularly wash their hands or use hand sanitizer
- Items will be sold in their polybags

These strict rules will help keep you, our in-store staff and our logistics partners safe.

Thousands of men and women carers are fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic every day. From the very beginning of this health crisis, American Vintage contacted healthcare facilities in the region where we’re based – the South of France – in order to identify the needs of healthcare professionals and see what we could do to help.
We have also set up a supply chain for protective masks and gowns for hospital staff in the Marseille region. Every week, we can deliver over 15,000 masks and gowns.
Finally, we have teamed up with the FASK collective, an organisation sewing for charity in the South of France, donating 50,000 metres of elastic and thread so that they can produce additional protective equipment.
Our actions and donations are just a start. We intend to continue in the long run. We’re staying in close contact with health workers at various healthcare facilities in the South of France, closely monitoring any changes to their needs in order to meet them through concrete action wherever we can.
